Located at the top of the Evans Head headland is our newest holiday home, boasting spectacular ocean, beach and river views! This 2 storey brick home has been designed to take in the natural environment from every angle and benefits from an abundance of natural light and coastal breezes.
Family life and special moments with the people you love all revolve around the stunning views from the upstairs living space and outdoor entertaining deck.
The main bedroom & living area feature beautiful ocean views and glass doors opening up to the balcony. Enjoy breakfast on the balcony soaking up the morning rays and ocean views. There is plenty of space for the little ones to play indoors or outside on the grassed backyard, while you sit back and enjoy a cuppa or afternoon beverage.

Beautiful ocean views
Pam W - 22nd April 2025Beautiful ocean views from the large porch set up for outdoor dining , BBQ and lounging. Sleep to the sound of the ocean with gentle breezes. Large , spacious home , free of clutter and large backyard. Plenty of off street parking . Nature preserve walks start a couple of short blocks away. Walk to town in 1/2 hours or a few minutes drive. Avoid the crowds at Bryon Bay for a small town of equal beauty which is more peaceful. I hope to get back again; highly recommend!

Helen V - 16th October 2024We booked this house because of the view and it didn't disappoint. It must be one of the best views in Evans Head. We could have happily spent a whole week just sitting on the deck looking down onto the beach. The house itself is really big and well designed. There's plenty of room for a family or two couples to spread out and relax. Having three bathrooms is a big plus. Razorback Lookout is across the road, the breakwater is just down the hill, and Half Tide Beach is a short walk along a bush track. Beautiful.
