We thoroughly enjoyed our 8 night stay. The property was exactly as descibed, clean, thoughfully renovated and decorated. Lovely deck out back, very relaxing. Quiet neighbourhood. Short walk to the river, Evans Head main street shops and only a 20 min walk to the beach and 30 mins to the lookout. Overall a very relaxing and enjoyable stay, highly recommended. Interesting home in a quiet neighbourhood

The home is an interesting mix of old and new - very arty. The beds are comfortable and the bedrooms are air-conditioned. We experienced 5 very quiet nights there. The gardens are producing food. The water feature in the back yard contains goldfish, and we found the fish food on the second day. It's handy to the river if you want to fish, and you can actually catch fish there! Nothing in Evan's Head is more than 5 minutes away. We would stay there again, if we return to Evan's Head.

The bungalow was packed with quality inclusions and comfortable beds. We spent at least one hour a day playing table tennis. Since it is located within easy walking distance to everything, we didn't need to use our car once in the two weeks we were in Evans Head.
