One of two spacious ground floor units that overlook the beautiful Evans River with sweeping river views, and only a short flat walk to the RSL Club, boat harbour, shops and beach. Both downstairs units have been fully renovated offering a fresh and clean stay that would appeal to a small family, retired couple or someone just looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Unit 3 is located on the ground floor, right hand side of the property when looking at the house from the road.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and both times have been excellent! The unit was spotlessly clean when we arrived; it's well setup with great furniture; kitchen is well-appointed. The house is so close to town that we walked everywhere! Can't fault anything with this property!

This tidy large unit is a short stroll to the main Street of Evans Gead. Wake up to a plseant view of the river & an energetic walk to the south shore of the river and lookout. Unit has great space in kitchen, dining & lounge. Undercover carport. Large backyard for the kids to entertain themselves.
