Affordable beach holiday

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a spacious house for the 6 of us. The view was lovely and within walking distance to a little beach on the river. We particularly appreciated how well stocked the house was with all the items you need.... pots and pans, containers, oil, tea, hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, first aid supplies etc etc.... we normally need to buy several of those items so we're happy they were supplied. The bikes and body boards in the garage were also an unexpected surprise.

This is a clean and tidy home that the owners just welcome you. We have rented other houses and they have the barest of essentials. The owners have left items for use there which not only makes you welcome but enhance the holiday. I should say it is not a good place as when others find out about it will be hard to rent but I cant do that as it is great. We have stayed before and will do again. Many thanks

This house in Sunderland Street is a wonderfull and comfortable place for a holiday, with just about every you need already stocked in the house. It has great views across the estuary of Evans Head, and also a back verandah with BBQ, and is a very private place to stay being well distanced from the neighbours and in a quiet location. The area of Evans Head is a small and undeveloped area on the coast, a rare find these days, and I doubt you could find a better location to stay.

The property is well located just up from the river and close to the boat ramp and beautiful nature walks. The property is comfortably appointed and has the little things that make it very homely for holidaying guests. The owners have ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. It is just a great place for a holiday.
