With 3 bedrooms and a double sofa lounge in the living room this house easily accommodates up to 8 guests - perfect for a family holiday. The air-conditioning in the open plan living, dining and kitchen keeps the house cool and you can still see the view.

This house in Sunderland Street is a wonderfull and comfortable place for a holiday, with just about every you need already stocked in the house. It has great views across the estuary of Evans Head, and also a back verandah with BBQ, and is a very private place to stay being well distanced from the neighbours and in a quiet location. The area of Evans Head is a small and undeveloped area on the coast, a rare find these days, and I doubt you could find a better location to stay.

The property is well located just up from the river and close to the boat ramp and beautiful nature walks. The property is comfortably appointed and has the little things that make it very homely for holidaying guests. The owners have ensured our stay was as comfortable as possible. It is just a great place for a holiday.
