Three bedrooms, all with built in wardrobes, providing plenty of room for the whole family. The bathroom has a bath perfect for young children as well as a separate shower and second toilet.

Really great accommodation, little unit with lots of space and perfect for extended family to stay in Evans at an affordable price so close to the main street and river. Thanks so much. Great house to stay in for our week away. Clean, comfortable and spacious, so close to both beach, river and shops that you don't need to use the car to go anywhere. Perfect space for the whole family, will be back again for sure.

This was the perfect holiday house for a relaxing stay with small kids. The small fenced yard, laundry, and paved driveway area for scooters were all appreciated. The location was excellent and the shops, beach & river were all a short 2-5min walk away. The house was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again.
