Superbly located in the heart of Evans Head, it is a 500m walk to the Main Beach, 400m to the Evans River, cafes, and the Illawong Hotel. Not to mention it is also located adjacent to the Bowling Club, grab a beer and enjoy some bare foot bowls with the family.

Awesome house for the family and dogs. Awesome little fenced yard with a nice deck/bbq area. Beds were comfy and everything was clean. They leave you towels, beach towels and a beach umbrella. Also worth mentioning one of the couches is a pullout couch so we used that one night instead of the bunk beds as it was quite hot and the couch was underneath the aircon. We had the outdoor shower tap break while we were there, and they had maintenance out there in 10 minutes on a Saturday afternoon! Highly recommend this place

Stayed at Wattleseed Beach House for a week, first time in Evans Head. Great central location, house was neat and very tidy, great backyard for the Pooch & ample room for car & larger boat. Property within walking distance to CBD, Bowlo & Beach. Tim from QLD
